  • Orthotic Therapy

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation (BPPV)

    Damage to your inner ear can affect your balance and have the room spinning at unexpected times. Vestibular rehabilitation can have you symptom free faster than you might think. Our trained therapists will identify what is causing your symptoms and have you symptom free in as little as one visit.

  • Pre- and Post-Operative Rehabilitation

    Maximizing range of motion, strength and coordination both before and after surgery will reduce your recovery time and improve your outcome. Our therapists specialize in maximizing your post-surgery function. Regular visits and following your home exercise program will ensure that your surgery achieves it intended purpose.

  • Aquatic Therapy

    Take advantage of the unloading and resistance benefits of water. in our specialized therapy pools. Equipped with under-water treadmills, and cameras to aid in gait analysis, our therapy pools allow patients to improve without pain providing the opportunity to train the cardiovascular system and increase range of motion even with patients that cannot fully weight-bear.

    The unique properties of the aquatic environment enhance interventions for patients/clients across the age span with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular/pulmonary, and integumentary diseases, disorders, or conditions.
    Aquatic Physical Therapy interventions are designed to improve or maintain:

Many of our therapists come from running backgrounds and understand the passion you have for your sport as well as the toll it can take on your body. With treatment plans to address your current issue and strategies to help you avoid future injuries, our team of therapists take running just as seriously as you do.

  • Pregnancy

    Working with a physical therapist throughout your pregnancy can reduce pain and increase mobility while easing your recovery time after delivery. Staying active throughout pregnancy is beneficial to both mother and baby. Our focus is your health and safety while increasing your comfort and mobility throughout the entire pregnancy.

  • Fall Prevention and Balance Retraining

    A single fall can lead to serious head or back injuries and rob you or your loved ones of independence. We use a series of tests to rate your fall risk and identify your unique limitations. Our therapists will help you build strength and improve balance while educating to reduce fall risks.

    Every 2 months we have a FREE Balance Assessment Class, where a Physical Therapist will perform a series of balance tests to determine your static and dynamic balance. The results will be explained to you in detail, as well as ways to decrease your chance of falling. Contact us to learn when the next class is scheduled.

    In 2014 we started our unique Fall Prevention and Balance Series. It is an 8-week program consisting of once a week classes with detailed focus on static and dynamic balance exercises, as well as an educational component.   • TMJ Disorder

    A temporomandibular (TMJ) joint dysfunction can effect your eating and speaking and can lead to headaches and neck pain. Physical therapy is proven to be an effective and efficient treatment that can have you symptom free within a few visits. No more popping, pain and headaches.

    It is difficult to find a Physical Therapist who treat patients with this condition. Please see our Locations page for a list of clinics that have therapist/s that specialize in TMJ.

  • Cervicogenic Headaches

    Headaches referred from the neck are a common problem that can effect activity levels, sleep, and work performance. Physical therapy is a key part of the treatment to resolve symptoms and address the origin of the problem itself. Trained in manual therapy, spinal stabilization and myofascial release techniques, just to name a few, our therapy team will identify your key impairments and utilize the most appropriate and proven therapies in your treatment.

  • Bump & Bruise

    Our free, same-day rapid injury evaluations don’t require a doctor’s referral or an appointment. Our well-trained therapists will recommend your best next step whether it’s simply a bruise requiring ice treatment, or if it is best to see a doctor to rule out a potential serious injury. We will educate you in what to look for going forward and ways to avoid future problems. It might just be an average bump or bruise for you but it’s a big deal to us.

  • Fitness After Therapy

    Your therapist will design a home exercise program tailored to your specific injury. This program will be modified as your rehabilitation progresses and you will be given instructions to continue certain exercises when your treatment is complete. When your program doesn’t provide the challenge it used to, simply call your therapist for a refreshed and recharged program.

    We also provide a unique Alumni Program that is designed to assist our former patients with continuing with newly learned exercise habits. While we can not (and don’t want to!) compete with competitive environment of the gym, we can provide a friendly, comfortable, and convenient way for you to exercise. For a small monthly fee you will have unlimited access to our gym equipment – please discuss this with your therapist.

  • Hand Therapy

    Our hand therapists specialize in splint fabrication, desensitization, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and sensory reeducation. A hand injury or chronic pain can affect every aspect your life and independence. Whether you are recovering from carpal tunnel or fracture surgery or just tired of aching fingers, our therapy is targeted at eliminating pain and maximizing function and strength.

  • Concussion Management

    No two head injuries are alike, but they all require professional care and close monitoring. Our therapists are trained to assess acute injuries and evaluate athletes for a safe return to sport. With a research-based series of tests and evaluations, our team of Physical Therapists and Certified Athletic Trainers can safely evaluate an athlete’s recovery from a head injury and determine the most appropriate plan to gradually return to sport.

  • Bike FIT / Bike PT

    We are passionate about making your cycling enjoyable whether you’re riding a $500 or $10,000 bicycle. While most bikes are technically sound, improper positioning on the bike can result in a disappointing ride. Proper fitting ensures maximum comfort and a great ride with superior power/wattage.  Anything less means riding with sore/numb hands, feet, derriere and inefficient performance.

    We will optimize your comfort, maximize, your efficiency, and prevent injuries. We want to ensure that your EVERY bike ride is a GREAT ride!

  • Golf Screen

    Would you like to improve your golf game? Frequently, our performance on a golf course is limited due to limitations in strength, flexibility, balance and endurance issues. These physical limitations often cause compensating swing movements that can over time cause trauma and injury, limiting both our enjoyment and ability resulting in higher scores and lost time playing due to these injuries. We are able to correct the swing altering physical factors allowing for correct swing movement patterns.

    Improve your control, balance, endurance (and distance?!) resulting in lower scores and most importantly – increased enjoyment on the course.
