Services unique to this location:
Ben was so impressive as my therapist. I felt very blessed to have had him as my care provider. He did an incredible job and was knowledgeable. I felt that not only with my care, but I also observed him with other patients and was so impressed. I have had therapy with other companies in the past and was just so pleased with the care Ben provided. He went above and beyond , not just lip service but you could tell his knowledge and background was extensive.-K.S.

The human body is truly amazing and the biomechanics and anatomy involved with activities and tasks we do on a daily basis are vital for how we live and function. I am indeed lucky and fortunate to help people understand more about ways to treat their bodies for a long, active and fulfilling life.
I treat mainly orthopedic injuries and focus on lower extremity biomechanics including running and gait evaluations as well as post-operative rehabilitation including ACL/rotator cuff repairs and foot/ankle dysfunction. A strong focus of manual techniques of the spine, which I obtained in P.T school, has helped me develop better skills for treating difficult spinal injuries.
I ran track for four years at U. of Puget Sound and had the opportunity to coach mid-distance runners on a collegiate level for five years after graduating. Currently, I still enjoy running and being a part of the local running community. I try to get outside to take in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest any chance I get.

Hello! I’m Suzy and I moved to the beautiful state of Washington in 1990. I was introduced to massage as part of a healthy lifestyle while doing some semi pro athletic competition. Massage helped with my recovery time and increased my fascination with the body’s ability to heal. I am a believer in massage for its healing benefits but also to control stress in the body. Massage is well documented to be effective not only for it’s preventative health benefits, but also to assist with injury recovery and pain management and allowing the body to naturally heal. I continue to expand my knowledge, experience and expertise in bodywork with 24 years as a massage therapist , attend workshops and classes to better serve my patients. I am very happy to be part of the MVP team of professionals that are committed to serving the needs of our patients.
