I originally got into physical therapy because I liked to see the improvements people make day by day, feeling better each time they come. I do it now to educate my patients about proper body mechanics and exercise technique to help them throughout their workday and leisure time, so they can spend the best time with the ones they care about.

I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage, in February of 1999, specializing in treatment massage. I have spent much of my massage career treating injuries and medical conditions. I also specialize in pre-natal and post-partum massage, and am a childbirth educator and birth doula.
I expand my knowledge of treatment techniques though continuing education classes; I have taken an interest in scar tissue release, which is helpful for people recovering from injuries and surgeries. I enjoy helping people feel better, and teaching them self-care techniques.
When I’m not working or busy with my two kids, I enjoy reading, walking, and baking.

I’ve worked for MVP Physical Therapy going on 10 years. I enjoy the mix of the Work Rehab and Occupational Therapy. I love the ladies that I work with and couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. I have learned so much from them and our patients throughout the years. I recently purchased a home in the South Tacoma area. In my free time I like to do a lot of DIY projects, shopping and decorating for my home. I also have an amazing boyfriend that I spend a lot of time with and we love exploring Western Washington.
